Mr Nasir is founder of TOUCH WOOD REAL ESTATE

Mr. Nasir Mahmood Siddiqui is a graduate of Bachelor of Commerce at Karachi University in Pakistan He was very eager to start working and went into business. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree, he began his professional career working as a real estate developer/Broker in Pakistan.

With the acquired experience in realty, he decided IN 2007 to look for a new opportunity in Dubai UAE, hopeful about landing a new job in big companies there You will find Touchwood Real Estate Brokers llc to be of the highest professional standards with total hands-on management style, commitment to the client’s needs, integrity and customer service before during and after the transaction.

While working in Dubai, he gained expertise and learned the dynamics in the real estate business and because of his vision, perseverance, imagination, innovativeness and determination he was able to establish in February, 2011, a sole establishment company called TOUCHWOOD Real Estate; a dynamic and reliable company which is now well upgraded LLC Company.

Mr Nasir served as a Manager since formation of Touchwood 2011 now Managing Director and now August 2020 becomes CEO up to date He gives employment to people. Mr Nasir Siddiqui in General:

Develops a brand, Marketing, Sales & Leasing, communications and PR strategy for the company in line with the company’s long term vision and Strategic Goals Oversees the development and management of investor relation Owns and promotes the company’s corporate identity and oversees its application in all Contexts he Develops a comprehensive database of the company’s current and previous clients also Works closely with Property Manager and Facility Manager to ensure top of the line service to The company’s clients Identifies and tracks operational devises plans and initiatives for operational improvements.

Effectively allocates and manages the marketing and leasing budget he Provides input on current market requirements during the planning phase of a development.

Marketing: Plans marketing activities for the company’s existing properties Oversees the development of the annual marketing and communications plans Is responsible for the execution of all marketing activities at the company Oversees the writing of key visual communication tools for marketing events and marketing Research projects Oversees the writing of key visual communication tools for marketing and promotional Material, advertisements, and other related material including the corporate website and Official Develops and institutionalizes marketing, leasing, communications and PR policies and Capabilities Provides input on marketing sales leasing requirement to development planning during the Planning stage

Sales & Leasing: Supervises the standardization of the company sale & leasing Supervises the day to day management of buyers & clients relations for the sales as well Leasing operation Oversees the negotiation and renegotiation of sales mou & leasing agreements Follow up on the collection A/R of the company of sales commissions/rent/lease payment Reviews and approves new clients & applications for residential and commercial properties.
